5 HFC Resources You Should Check Out Now

Hello! We are beyond honored to have Lauren Miller Rogen, Filmmaker, Alzheimer’s advocate and co-founder of HFC on our little podcast this week. Have you listened? Lauren’s organization HFC is an amazing resource for our community.

Don’t know what HFC is? HFC is a national non-profit whose mission is to care for families impacted by Alzheimer's disease today, activate the next generation of Alzheimer's advocates, and be a leader in brain health research and education. (from wearehfc.org)

We wanted to share a list of 5 HFC Resources that we think you should check out ASAP!

  1. HFC Care Grants : Someone in our Remember Me community has benefited from this respite grants, so definitely check this out and apply if you are in need!

  2. HFC Support Groups : You can fill out a form on their website with your preferred times, your needs, and they will let you know of support groups that are right for you. They also provide caregiver bereavement groups for adult children and spouses/partners. Those groups run weekly for 10 weeks.

  3. HFC’s CareCon: All of the videos from CareCon are available on HFC’s website for you to listen/watch when you can!
